Gift Card Search

Here you can find out all the information on record for all of the Gift Cards on your system. 

A) Swipe Gift Card or manually enter the Gift Card Number or Customer's last name to search for any matching Gift Cards in the system.

B) The page will list all the Gift Cards that match the Search criteria. Click the Print link to print a Gift Card's remaining balance for a Customer. Use the Email link to send the attached customer an email with the gift card information, if not customer is attached, you may enter contact information on the following screen. Use the History link to view any previous sales history related to the card.

Gift Card details can be exported to a csv file for use in Excel or a similar spreadsheet program by using the Gift Card Export button found at the top.
