Search Tab Overview

Overview

The Search tab allows the user to run several different types of searches regarding database information. The Search tab will automatically open to Sale Search but depending on your system setup, you will be able to choose several other searches; here is a brief explanation of each:

Default Sales Search

  • In this tab, a user can search Sale History by entering in the Sale ID, customer’s Last Name or Date.
  • A user can also run a blank Search where no input is filled in the Run Search field. This will display the last 50 sales chronologically.
  • Once the desired sale has been located, a user has several options to choose from, which include: Receipt Printing (Small, Large, and Gift), Wristband Printing, Edit Sale, Refund Sale, and Void Sale.

Open Sales

  • This tab will show ALL sales that only have deposits placed on the sale.
  • The user can select one of these options for the desired sale: Receipt Printing (Small, Large, and Gift), Wristband Printing, Edit Sale, Refund Sale, and Void Sale.

Product Search

  • This tab allows you to Search for item based on their name.
  • A sale can be created from this screen by selecting the “CREATE SALE” link.

Gift Card Search

  • This tab will allow you to check a customer gift card by either swiping it or manually entering the number.
  • Whether the Search is successful or not, the next page will display a Search based on the Gift Card ID and the customer’s Last Name.
  • If a result is found, a user has the option to either reopen the sale or print a paper copy of the Gift Card with the Gift Card Number displayed on it.

Credit Note Search

  • This tab is where all the store credit information can be searched.
  • Either the Credit Note Number or the customer's Last Name should be entered in order to find the desired credit note.
  • Leaving the field blank and running the Search will result in all credit notes displaying chronologically.

Membership Search

  • Opening this tab will automatically display all current/expired memberships in the system.
  • Search field is also available to find specific memberships.
  • The Search is based on the customer’s Membership ID or Last Name.
  • Once the desired membership is found, users can either:

    1. Record Play date, which marks them as having come in on the current date and time.

    2. View History, which displays every time that particular member has been admitted.

Play Pass Search

  • Opening this tab will automatically display all active/inactive Play Passes in the system.
  • Search field is also available to find specific Play Passes.
  • The Search is based on a customer’s Play Pass ID Number or their Last Name.
  • Once the desired Play Pass is found, users can either :

    1. Use One Play Pass, which uses one of the admissions of the Play Pass for the current date and time.

    2. View History, which displays every time that particular Play Pass has been used.

Barcode Labels

  • Opening this tab will automatically display all items that have Barcodes assigned to them.
  • The search field will help with finding specific items by Product Name or ID, Product Type, or Supplier.
  • The checkbox on the left under Print? will allow you to select multiple items. Selecting items and pressing the Print Labels button will allow you to generate the Barcode Labels.
  • The Quantity can be changed for how many of those Barcode Labels you would like to print.
