How to Use the Time Clock

This video will show an overview of all the functionality located in the Time Clock feature in LilYPad system. Scroll down to view a more detailed version of the selected topic. Also see, "Manage Time Clock" in the Manage Tab.

NOTE: Use this tutorial if your LilYPad POS system is set up to use the "Time Clock" feature.

Clocking In

1. In order to clock in when not logged into LilYPAD with the "Time Clock" feature, open up LilYPad to the log in screen.
   
   
   
2. Select your user name and select "Time Clock" in the drop-down list on the bottom of the screen.
   
   
   
   
3. Now input your password and press the "Enter" button. If successful, a message will be display with some information about your clock-in.
   
   
   
   
4. You can now login to the system itself by selecting your username and inputting your password.
   
   

NOTE: You can also clock in when you are logged on to the system by going to the "Time Clock" tab on the Main Menu, selecting your name in the "Employee Name" Field, and press the "Time In/Out" button.

Clocking Out

1. In order to clock out when not logged into LilYPAD with the "Time Clock" feature, open up LilYPad to the log in screen.
