How to Edit a Customer

Solution

This video will show how to add customer to the LilYPad system and how to add waiver to customer accounts in-house. Scroll down for more information on the selected topic.

 

  1. In order to edit an existing customer, you can either:

    1. Select the Customer Tab on the top menu bar.
    2. Select the Add Customer button on the Sales Screen.

NOTE: This will bring you to the Customer Tab where all your customers will be displayed.

  1. In order to send the waiver link via email to applicable customers, you must either:

    1. Input the customer’s email in the Email New Customer Waiver Link and hit the “SEND LINK” tab.
    2. Press the Send Email link on the customer table for any customer in YELLOW.

 NOTE: Any customer in YELLOW does not have valid waiver information.


  1. To edit a customer entry, select the Name of the customer you wish to edit. This will display:

    • All personal information entered on the selected customer.

    • All individuals/children associated with the customer’s account and their information.

    • An option to Add Child.

    • Waiver information and options to View, Edit, or Delete individual waivers.

    • All sales history made under the selected customer.

  2. When updating a customer, enter the new/omitted information and simply select Update Customer at the bottom of the form.
