How to Sell a Group Event

Solution
  1. In order to sell a Group Event that will appear on the Calendar Tab, first go to the Sale Tab on the Main Menu and select the desired Group Event.

***NOTE: Most setups will hide the Sale Tab that the Group Events are located in. If this is the case, add the appropriate Customer to the Sale. The desired Sale Tab should be visible now.


  1. Once the desired Group Event is selected, you will be brought to a Group Event information page. Here you will select the date and times for the Group Event and then press Check Availability.

  2. If an available time was selected, the Group Event information page will extend to show an optional room selection field and a field to manually input the price of the Group Event. Press Enter to confirm.

  3. Now you will be brought back to the Sales Tab where you will see the new Group Event added to the sale.

  4. Once the sale is confirmed, process the Sale as you would a regular Product.

***NOTE: Group Events may also have a Deposit option on the Sales Tab.
