How to Sell a Play Pass Membership

1. To sell a Play Pass Membership, go to the Sales Tab in the Main Menu and select the desired Play Pass Membership.
   
   

***TIP: It is always a good idea to put Products such as Memberships in a Sale Tab that will only appear if a Customer is added to the Sale. This helps to keep track of who owns which Membership.

2. Once you have selected a Play Pass Membership, enter the name that will be linked to the Membership as well as the Membership ID Number.
   
   

NOTE: If you have membership cards with magnetic strips that are set up with a card reader, swipe the card now to obtain the Membership ID of the card.

3. Select Add Membership, which will send you back to the Sales Tab where the newly added Play Pass Membership will be displayed.
   
   
   
   
4. Select a Payment Option and process the Sale.
