How to Set Up Play Pass Memberships

***NOTE: Play Pass Memberships differ from regular Memberships in that they are based on per-game usage, whereas the latter are used on a monthly basis.

1. To set up Play Pass Memberships, first go to the Admin Tab and selecting the Sale Tabs button.
   
   
   
   
2. Create an appropriate Sale Tab to contain the Play Pass Memberships.
   
   

***NOTE: If a Sale Tab that want to use already exists, skip step 1.

3. Select Back to the Admin Tab and select Product Types.
   
   
   
   
4. Create a Product  Type called Play Pass Memberships.
   
   
   
   
5. Add a Product Type called Membership Admission, which can go under any Sale Tab.
   
   
   
   

6. Go Back to the Admin Tab and select Products.
   
   
   
   
7. Add the new Play Pass Memberships. The Name field MUST have the number of Games at the beginning.
   
   
   
   
8. Add a Product called Use Play Pass with an Price of $0.00. This button will be used whenever someone with a valid Play Pass Membership is admitted. The Product Use Play Pass MUST be called as such in the Name field.
   
   

***NOTE: The Product Types and products MUST use the naming conventions mentioned in order for the Tracker to work properly.

***TIP: the Display field in the Products page is what will show on the Sales Tab and can be named anything if you don't like the look of the Name field.
