How to Apply a Discount

This article will explain how to apply a discount to a transaction.

Once the desired Product(s) are selected, press the Discount button before selecting Pay Now/Exact Amount.

Here you can select which Product(s) to Discount, the Discount Amount/Percentage, and the reason for the Discount.

This will bring you to the Discount Options screen. Once you have filled out the appropriate information, select Apply Discount. This will bring you back to the Sales Tab screen with your newly discounted Product(s). The sale can now be processed normally.
