Learn how to view current and past waivers signed by your customers and their children.
You can easily access all waivers associated with a customer account, including current active waivers and historical records. This guide will walk you through the process step-by-step.
Click the circular "Customers" button to access your customer database.
Use the search bar to find your customer by entering any of the following:
- Customer name
- Phone number
- Email address
- Customer ID
Click on the desired customer from the search results list.
Next to the customer's name, click the "View Waiver" button.
Once the waiver viewer opens, you'll see a dropdown menu titled "Select Waiver".
At the top of the dropdown, you'll find:
- Current active waiver for the customer
-Current waivers for any children associated with the account
- The waiver version number for each active waiver
Scroll down through the dropdown to view:
-All previously signed waivers under this customer's account
-The date each waiver was signed
-The waiver version number for each historical record
- Historical waivers are organized by name and include version information to help you track changes over time
- All family members' waivers appear in the same dropdown for convenient access
- You can distinguish between current and past waivers by reviewing the date signed and version information
