Enabling Prompt For Tip For Cardknox Users

This article will demonstrate how to enable a Tip Prompt for customers using Cardknox as their integrated processor in the United States.

NOTE: A product with the Name field set to "Tip" must be active in the system in order for this to work.

Step 1. Locate the BBPOS application running in your system tray(1), you may need to expand the options by clicking the up arrow(2) to see it.

Step 2: Right click on the BBPOS icon and select Options.

Step 3: Select Advanced from the bottom left corner of the application and located the EnableTipPrompt setting. From here, change the setting in the right hand column from False to True and hit Save.
