LilYPad Online RSVP Application

Solution

With the LilYPad online RSVP Application your customers can log into an online portal and manage their upcoming bookings. By doing so they will be able to add guests to their guest list, send a link to your system's waiver for the guests to sign, as well as have them RSVP to indicate they are coming to the party.

 

The online RSVP system will need to be set up by a member of our support team, please contact them by email at support@lilypadpos.com, or by phone at 1-866-419-4043 to get this set up.

 

Using The RSVP system

Once the RSVP system has been set up at your location, customers can access it by going to the link ending in onlinersvp/rsvplogin.php. The customer will need to use the email address and password for the account they used to book the party.

 

Once logged in, the customer will see all upcoming parties and group events they have booked, and will be able to manage each individually by clicking in the rightmost column. Note that for Group bookings, the guest of honor field will be blank.

 

Upon selecting a booking to view, customers will see any guests that have been added to the booking, and will be able to add guests, remove guests, email the waiver link to the guests and confirm their RSVP's.

 

Managing Customer Bookings

Once a customer has selected a booking, they will be presented with the following screen:

From here the customer will want to add guests to the party, which can be accomplished by clicking on the Add Guest(s) button. They will then be taken to the following screen, where they can add any number of guests, up to a maximum of the group size.

 

Once one or more guests have been added, the customer will be returned to the previous screen. Here they will see any guests that have been added, along with the status of their RSVP and whether or not the system has a waiver on file for them.

 

The waiver status of each guest will update once the guest has signed the waiver, along with the RSVP status. The customer can also manually toggle the RSVP status.

Guests with multiple children on the signed waiver can change is who coming to the party by clicking the Change Guest link under the current name. The customer can also use this form to quickly add any other names associated with that email to the party booking.

 

 

Viewing the booking details

Clicking on the manage booking button will bring the customer to the booking details page. From here the customer can see the financial details of their booking, and add any available extras to their booking.

 

 

Once a guest has added extras to the sale, they are able to remove them, or finalize adding them by going back to the view booking page. The customer will be warned that leaving this page will confirm these changes. The items can be removed by using the red X's next to the items that were added.
