LilYPad Kiosk Functionality

LilYPad has the ability to display a kiosk splash page for in house kiosk stations to display that will allow for customers to make purchases and sign waivers at the facility without the need for direct contact with staff. This tool is available to any one using one of the online sales applications. This page is located in your online product sales folder, ending with onlineproductsales/inhousekiosk.php

PLEASE NOTE: The kiosk link requires the Online Product Sales functionality to be enabled in your system in order to work, if this is not setup, or you are unsure, please contact LilYPad support by emailing support@lilypadpos.com or by calling 1-866-419-4043

When an application is initiated from the kiosk screen, upon completion, the station will redirect back to the kiosk screen after 5 seconds, allowing the kiosk to be used again for the next transaction.

You can manage these links from the front end by navigating to Admin>>Kiosk Links in your System.

Managing The Kiosk

Once on the kiosk management page you can use the form at the top of the page to add new links to the kiosk, as well as view your existing links in the table below.

When adding new links, you will want to ensure that the Label for the new link is unique, as having multiple buttons on your kiosk with the same verbiage will be confusing.

After selecting your application type, you will be presented with a list of applicable product types to display on this link. You can use the CTRL key to select multiple product types for one link. If the default option Show All is left selected, all product types listed below will appear.

When selecting waiver, product types will not appear because they are not applicable
